Schools and nurseries advice about coronavirus

Coronavirus health and safety in schools and nurseries, COVID-19 cases in schools or nurseries, working safely at a school or nursery during the pandemic, NHS Test and Protect letters from schools, and learning, health and wellbeing for pupils during the pandemic.

Scottish Government have announced a phased approach to reopening schools and nurseries.

From Monday 22 February, all children in nursery and P1 to P3 will return to school full time.

Young people in S4 to S6 will be asked by their school to come in to finish off practical work for their national qualifications. You should only send your child to school if their school has asked them to come in. The majority of senior phase students will continue to learn remotely at home.

Children and young people in P4 to S3 year groups will continue to learn remotely at home.

Scottish Government expect to set out further dates for more children and young people to return to school on Tuesday 2 March 2021.
